Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to design test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery support and transformation of insurance domain applications (e.g. policy administration unit pricing claims billing and finance systems).
- Act as the technical owner and SME for core applications driving architecture decisions modernization and optimization initiatives.
- Design and oversee development of scalable secure and high-performance applications using (Windows Forms Console Apps) with focus on enterprise-grade standards.
- Own and govern SQL Server environments including performance tuning high availability backup/recovery strategies and cloud integration (AWS S3 RDS).
- Provide technical leadership for production support ensuring stability proactive monitoring and RCA-driven improvements across systems.
- Oversee and optimize batch processing frameworks including Windows Scheduled Tasks and SQL Server Agent Jobs.
- Drive modernization and rationalization of legacy systems (VBScript MS Access Excel VBA) with a roadmap toward scalable platforms.
- Collaborate with business actuarial and finance stakeholders to ensure insurance-specific functional alignment and compliance.
