Destination Manager Europe
Job Summary
- Lead and manage European admissions and counseling operations across all branches.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment revenue and business growth targets.
- Supervise mentor and train Student Relationship Managers/Counselors to ensure accurate and high-quality counseling.
- Monitor team performance conversion ratios and branch-wise admission targets providing regular feedback and support.
- Ensure complete and accurate guidance on admissions eligibility criteria scholarships visa processes and documentation for European countries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with European universities institutional representatives and recruitment partners.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and student demand to identify new business opportunities.
- Resolve escalated student and parent concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- 5-7 years of experience in overseas education consultancy with expertise in European admissions.
- Minimum 23 years of experience managing counseling or admissions teams.
- Strong knowledge of admission processes visa regulations scholarships and education systems for major European destinations such as Germany France Ireland Italy Spain Malta Finland Sweden the Netherlands and other European countries.
- Proven ability to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership coaching and team management skills.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
