Role Summary
Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing first-level technical support for desktops laptops operating systems applications and basic networking issues. The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily IT support tickets and end-user requests.
- Troubleshoot desktop laptop and hardware-related issues.
- Resolve Windows OS and Outlook-related problems.
- Support Wi-Fi LAN and basic network connectivity issues.
- Install configure and maintain desktops laptops and peripherals.
- Install and support standard business applications.
- Maintain issue resolution documentation and reports.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Support IT infrastructure and end-user environments.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education
- Any Graduate ( BCA BE Diploma)
- IT-related qualifications preferred.
