What Youll Do

  • Provide onsite support for hardware software networking (VPN/LAN) and end-user incidents.

  • Install and configure applications and peripherals (printers scanners AV equipment etc.) based on ServiceNow requests.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop issues.

  • Perform OS imaging and device deployment activities.

  • Update and manage tickets in the ITSM tool.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams.

  • Participate in technical calls related to end-user computing issues.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Liaise with client leads and participate in governance discussions.




Requirements

What You Need

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Mac OS environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and OS image deployment.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and end-user peripherals.

  • Understanding of network security practices and antivirus solutions.

  • Excellent troubleshooting communication and customer-facing skills.

  • Ability to provide remote and onsite support effectively.

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.
