Deputy Production Manager

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Deputy Production Manager in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Manufacturing sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

• Manage daily production activities to achieve output quality and delivery targets.
  
• Supervise production teams and ensure adherence to operational standards.
  
• Monitor production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
  
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
  
• Coordinate with quality maintenance and planning teams for smooth operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturing procedures.
  
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
  
• Drive process improvements in Paint Shop or Stamping Assembly & Packing operations.
  

1. Production Management Ability to oversee manufacturing operations efficiently.
   
2. Process Improvement Experience in productivity and efficiency enhancement.
   
3. Quality Control Knowledge of quality standards and defect reduction.
   
4. Team Leadership Capability to manage and develop production teams.
   
5. Manufacturing Operations Understanding of plant operations and workflow management.
   

• Lean Manufacturing practices.
  
• Six Sigma methodologies.
  
• ERP/MRP system exposure.
  

Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred. Typical requirement for a Deputy Production Manager role is 510 years of relevant experience in production operations team management and process optimization. Candidates with Paint Shop or Stamping Assembly & Packing experience will be advantageous.

• Minimum: B.E. / (Typical)
  
• Preferred: M.E. / MBA Operations (Typical)
  
• Additional: Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Certifications (Typical)
