Position: Deputy Manager – Machine & Utility Maintenance

Qualification: / B.E. in Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience: 8–12 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in moulding machine maintenance is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical mechanical automation and utility systems.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Machine & Utility Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for production machinery assembly equipment and plant utility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance with moulding machine maintenance experience preferred. The role involves ensuring high equipment availability improving maintenance KPIs supporting new equipment installations and commissioning and maintaining compliance with safety quality ISO and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance of moulding machines assembly equipment and plant utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain utilities such as DG sets air compressors chillers HVAC cooling water and power distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot PLCs drives motors sensors heaters and control systems.
- Support machine installation relocation commissioning and qualification.
- Improve equipment uptime MTBF and MTTR.
- Control maintenance costs and maintain proper maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety ISO and statutory requirements.
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team.
