Your work profile

As an Deputy Manager in our Indirect Tax team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will be expected to do the following.

• Adhering to clients GST compliance timelines as per statute (assessments filing of returns etc.)

• Provide GST services to a range of clients working closely with multidisciplinary tax teams.

• Carrying out comprehensive GST incidence reviews for the clients.

• Perform GST reviews as part of Internal and external contacts on GST related queries.

• Coordination with the department for obtaining approvals registrationsetc.

• Helping with audits or investigation by the tax identified number of GST returns ona timelybasis.

• Preparationfilingand processing queries raised in respect of GST returnssubmittedand liaise with line Managers accordingly.

• Assistingin the implementation of recommendations. Extensive research on various critical aspects of GST Laws.

• Benchmarking against industry preferred practice toidentifynew ways of helping to reduce GST incidence and capturing permanent cash flow benefits

• Rendering business advisory services to clients under GST Laws

• Participate in planningdevelopingand implementing GST strategies technical enquiries relating to GST

Key skills required:

• Any Graduate/Semi qualified CA with 2-4 years Experience in Indirect Taxation

• Team player

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Peoples person

• Persistent and persuasive.
