Position: Deputy Manager – Costing

Location: Kochi

Experience: 8–10 years of costing experience in a large manufacturing company

Qualification: CMA Qualified

Salary: As per Industry Standard

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – Costing. The candidate should have strong experience in product costing inventory valuation variance analysis project accounting and cost control in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the standard costing system in QAD ERP.
- Prepare annual standard costs and hourly rates for manufacturing units.
- Analyze product costs margins and variances.
- Update costing for new products and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor tooling projects overhead allocations and project capitalization.
- Prepare monthly costing entries and reports.
- Support statutory internal and cost audits.
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve cost efficiency.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial statements.
- Good analytical and MS Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems preferably QAD.
