Job Summary:

He/She should have 8-10 yrs experience in Solution Sales of BMS & IBMS (FAPA ACS CCTV Physical Security) project sales in the industry.

• Strong in technical & a team player.
• Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market.
• Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis
• Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure
• Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry handle tenders (Major Private)
• willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems
• Preferably having experience of handling Project/Solution Sales.
• Should have experience in working with ELV Consultants ELV/MEP Contractors.
• Verticals: Builders developers Hospitality Healthcare Pharma Commercials.
• Ready to Travel.
• Good experience in the Assigned Market/Region.

Solution/Products knowledge: BMS Fire Alarm SystemSecurity products (CCTV Cameras Access Control systems etc) Physical Security Systems Like (Baggage Scanners Boom Barrier Turnstile bollards etc)

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-10 Years
• Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business
• Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Bachelors degree in engineering business or related discipline
• Region Handling Punjab Himachal Uttarakhand Rajasthan
• Base Location: Gurgaon or Chandigarh
