KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB To oversee the end-to-end production of branded content projects from concept development to final delivery ensuring seamless execution creative alignment and client satisfaction while managing timelines budgets and cross-functional teams.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES: End-to-End Project Management:
Oversee the full cycle of video branded content projects from concept creation to final delivery.
Collaborate closely with clients internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage all stages of production including pre-production filming editing and post-production.
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content meeting all client expectations and brand guidelines.
Manage project budgets timelines and resources optimizing efficiency and mitigating risks. Creative Direction & Production:
Guide the creative vision throughout the production process ensuring consistency with the approved concept.
Liaise with directors cinematographers and editors to bring the projects creative vision to life.
Ensure each film aligns with the brands identity tone and goals maintaining high production standards. Role Specifications Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Film Production Media Communication or related field. Years and type of experience:
4 years of experience in branded content production or creative project management. Technical Competencies:
Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize pitch and execute branded video content.
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles and team collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of video production workflows from pre-production to post-production.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools used in video production and editing.
Passion for storytelling and branded content with a keen sense of trends in media and marketing. Behavioral Competencies:
