Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
1. Credit Control Customer Onboarding & Order Management
  • Customer Evaluation
    • Review new and existing customer requests.
    • Analyze financial statements reports and key financial ratios.
    • Assess creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
  • Order Release Support
    • Provide timely support to the Sales team for sales order releases.
    • Review customer ledger health and outstanding status before order release.
    • Ensure orders are released within approved credit limits and payment terms.
2. Debtors Management & Collections
  • Outstanding Analysis
    • Conduct periodic reviews of total debtor outstanding.
    • Prepare and analyze detailed overdue reports.
    • Identify high-risk and overdue accounts for appropriate action.
  • Collection Management
    • Drive regular follow-ups with customers for outstanding payments.
    • Coordinate with Sales and business teams to improve collections.
    • Focus on reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Ledger Scrutiny
    • Perform regular scrutiny of customer ledgers.
    • Ensure accurate knock-off/matching of customer receipts against invoices.
    • Resolve ledger discrepancies and unidentified receipts.
3. Core Accounting & MIS
  • HO-Level Accounting
    • Manage Head Office accounting entries.
    • Prepare and process:
      • Journal Vouchers (JVs)
      • Provisions
      • Debit Notes
      • Credit Notes
  • MIS & Reporting
    • Prepare and analyze key management reports including:
      • Debtors Ageing Report
      • Sales Reconciliation
      • Sales Price Variance Report
    • Provide relevant financial insights to management for decision-making.
4. Banking Exports & Treasury Compliance
  • Daily Banking Operations
    • Manage routine banking activities and transactions.
    • Handle daily NACH uploads.
    • Coordinate EFT confirmations with all CNFs.
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Export Trade Operations
    • Manage bank-related export transactions including disposals/outward transactions.
    • Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with FEMA regulations.
    • Coordinate with banks for timely resolution of export-related matters.
  • Statutory Portals & Export Realization
    • Monitor export transactions through the EDPMS portal.
    • Follow up with banks for timely clearance of:
      • eBRC
      • eFIRC
    • Ensure proper closure of export transactions within regulatory timelines.
5. Audit & Compliance
  • Audit Management
    • Coordinate with Internal and Statutory Auditors.
    • Facilitate smooth completion of audit activities.
    • Provide required financial records schedules and supporting documents.
    • Address and resolve audit queries within defined timelines.
    • Support implementation of audit observations and compliance requirements.
