JOB DESCRIPTION:
Factory Consumables Sourcing:
• Source and evaluate high-quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety shoes helmets respiratory masks high-visibility jackets and specialized welding shields. Ensure all procured safety items comply with national and international industrial safety standards (e.g. OHSAS ISO and CE).
• Source industrial lubricants cutting oils cleaning solvents sealants thread-lockers and structural adhesives. Validate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and ensure safe handling storage and regulatory compliance requirements are met during procurement.
Services & Work Contracts
• Draft negotiate and finalize complex Work Orders Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and labor contracts.
Commercial & Vendor Management:
• Conduct rigorous vendor evaluations based on cost quality financial stability and delivery timelines.
• Resolve commercial disputes; manage billing cycles and process sub-contractor amendment orders.
Education:
• / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering are highly preferred.
• PG Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management / Materials Management is an added advantage.
Technical Expertise:
• Strong familiarity with Indian/International material standards (IS codes) and commercial tax structures (GST).
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems like SAP (MM module) or Oracle.
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional negotiation capabilities strong analytical skills and robust contract drafting acumen.
