Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for thermal products/services in the cement sector across Central India.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key cement industry clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities market trends and competitive developments.
  • Drive order booking revenue growth and profitability in line with organizational targets.
  • Coordinate with technical project and service teams to ensure timely solution delivery.
  • Lead commercial negotiations contract finalization and customer engagement activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts MIS reports and market intelligence updates for management review.
  • Support pricing strategies tender participation and business expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and industry regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in thermal sales/business development preferably within the cement industry.
  • Strong understanding of industrial heating combustion waste heat recovery or related thermal solutions.
  • Proven track record in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Central India.
