Denim Jeans Merchandiser

We are hiring a skilled Denim Jeans Merchandiser to manage end-to-end order execution – from sampling and buyer coordination to production follow-up and shipment. This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities • Handle buyer orders end-to-end: sampling production and shipment. • Maintain T&A calendars and follow up on all critical milestones. • Coordinate with buyers for approvals corrections and updates. • Source and approve fabrics trims and accessories with the supply team. • Review tech packs BOM fits washes and finishing details. • Manage proto fit size set and PP sample development and approvals. • Liaise with washing units for correct wash standards (enzyme stone acid etc.). • Monitor factory production and coordinate with QA for inspections. • Prepare costing sheets negotiate with vendors and track style margins. • Maintain style sample and shipment trackers and all buyer documentation. Requirements • 4 years of experience in garment merchandising preferably in denim jeans. • Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Technology Textile Engineering or related field. • Strong knowledge of denim fabrics washes and garment construction. • Experience reading and executing tech packs and bottoms specifications. • Good costing knowledge (CMT FOB fabric cost components). • Proficient in MS Excel MS Word; basic ERP/tracking tools. • Excellent written and spoken English for buyer communication. • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines with attention to detail.
