Role Type: Delivery Manager

BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations with a preference for Delhi Client Mumbai Pune Hyderabad Bengaluru or Chennai.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery for Capital Markets & Trading transformation initiatives
- Apply Agile/PI planning practices to structure and track delivery
- Coordinate across business technology and operations stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support delivery governance risk tracking and reporting using Jira and Confluence
- Bring banking or capital markets domain context to delivery planning and prioritization decisions
Required / Must-Have Skills
- Strong core PM skills and hands-on Agile/PI planning experience this is the primary non-negotiable requirement
- Banking domain exposure is the preferred second requirement if a candidate with both strong PM skills and wealth domain knowledge cannot be found
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Capital markets knowledge specifically brokerage or trade lifecycle experience is preferred as the strongest combination of core skill plus domain skill
- If capital markets knowledge is not available general banking domain experience would be acceptable as a secondary option
