Delivery manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery while ensuring adherence to scope timelines quality and budget.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful execution across cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Coordinate with engineering QA DevOps UI/UX and product teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage resource planning team allocation workload balancing and capacity forecasting.
Track project KPIs delivery metrics and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining transparent communication and resolving delivery-related issues promptly.
Establish and improve delivery processes governance and quality standards.
Mentor project managers team leads and delivery teams to promote continuous improvement and professional growth.
Support pre-sales activities effort estimation project planning and solution discussions when required.

 

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Qualifications
4 years of experience in IT Project Management Delivery Management or Software Development Delivery.
Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of SDLC project planning resource management risk management and quality assurance.
Experience working with web mobile cloud AI/ML or enterprise software projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
Strong leadership team management conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Trello ClickUp or similar platforms.
Good understanding of cloud technologies (AWS Azure or GCP) and modern software architecture is an added advantage.
Experience in effort estimation budgeting project forecasting and delivery governance.
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master or Agile certifications will be an added advantage
