Delivery Manager – Data Enrichment

What youll be doing

Rezolve Ai is seeking a Delivery Manager Data Enrichment to lead and oversee complex data
enrichment initiatives that power conversational commerce search discovery and product
discoverability at scale for our ecommerce clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader
with strong organizational skills deep knowledge of data quality principles and experience
managing cross-functional projects.
In this role you will be responsible for orchestrating multiple data enrichment projects
simultaneously ensuring deliverables meet client expectations while aligning with company
standards. You will bridge the gap between engineering operations and client-facing teams to
drive forward innovation in enrichment processes and ensure scalable high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
Client Success: Need to be able to win over clients. Assist in the Pre-Sales functions
and also continuing to keep clients happy and engaged
Collaborate with clients and internal team members to understand their needs and
develop repeatable and scalable data solutions that eliminate roadblocks and improve
product discoverability.
Planning execution and delivery of large-scale data enrichment projects for
ecommerce clients
Creating client- facing deliverables & deliverables (decks and other artifacts) and
coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders ensuring clear
communication progress tracking and timely delivery
Coordinate across internal teams and external partners (including outsourced
enrichment providers) to ensure alignment and efficiency
Define project scope timelines deliverables and success metrics while proactively
managing risks and dependencies
Champion data quality standards by embedding QA governance and automation
practices into enrichment workflows
Investigate project and data issues develop mitigation plans and implement long-term
process improvements
Maintain detailed project documentation including charters requirements workflows
and best practices

Skills you have
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Information Systems Project Management or related
field
Proven experience managing data-centric or ecommerce projects ideally in SaaS retail or
search environments
Strong foundation in data governance metadata management and data quality practices
Exceptional project management skills: organization prioritization scheduling and risk
management
Excellent communication skills; able to present complex technical details to both technical
and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable coordinating distributed teams and managing multiple concurrent projects
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a bias toward action.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Trello) and data analysis concepts

Nice to have
PMP CSM or equivalent project management certification
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with PIM systems ecommerce platforms or large product catalogs
