WE ARE HIRING – Decor Sales Officer
Location: Chennai Tamil Nadu
Industry: Paint & Home Décor

CTC: 5 LPA PF/ESIC Incentives
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of fabric interior décor and furniture-related products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers dealers and customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure proper product presentation and visibility at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
Key Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in fabric interior décor furniture or related products is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within Chennai.
