PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

• Enable data-driven decision-making through scalable and business-friendlyPower BIdashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into clear KPIs metrics and visual insights.
• Drive adoption of analytics through strong data storytelling usability and reporting standards.
• Deliver trusted performant and governed visualization solutions aligned with business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Design build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports inPower BI.
• Create clear intuitive and impactful visualizations that communicate trends risks and opportunities.
• Optimize dashboards for usability performance and adoption using best practices in layout navigation and DAX.

Business Partnership & Storytelling

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into reporting solutions.

Define KPIs and metrics and present insights in a clear actionable and audience-appropriate way.

Support users through training adoption activities and continuous dashboard improvement.

Data Integration Governance & Standards

Work with data fromSQL Databricks SharePoint Excel and other enterprise sources.

UsePower BI Dataflows semantic models andDirectQuery/Importapproaches where appropriate.

Ensure data quality documentation consistency access control and adherence to reporting standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Systems Engineering Mathematics Statistics or related field.
• 5 years of experiencein data visualization BI analytics engineering or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience withPower BI including report development semantic modeling and dashboard optimization.
• Strong experience withDAXand solid working knowledge ofSQL.
• Experience withPower BI Service including workspaces apps sharing and permissions.
• Experience with enterprise data sources such asDatabricks SharePoint Excel and relational databases.
• Experience in agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration; regulated industry experience is a plus.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Strong expertise inPower BI including data modeling DAX row-level security and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of visualization best practices chart selection dashboard usability and data storytelling.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable user-friendly and governed reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking problem-solving skills and attention to data quality and accuracy.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative proactive and service-oriented mindset in global teams.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft Power BI Fabric or Data Analytics certification preferred.
