Job Title: Data Scientist (36 Years Experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist with 36 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills hands-on experience with machine learning statistical modeling and data engineering and the ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop train validate and deploy machine learning models for business use cases.
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
- Perform data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineering and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for data collection transformation and analysis.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI machine learning and data science technologies.
Required Skills
- 36 years of experience in Data Science Machine Learning or related roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch or XGBoost.
- Strong understanding of statistics probability and predictive modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI Matplotlib or Seaborn.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark Hadoop or Databricks is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics Mathematics Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with MLOps model deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) NLP or Computer Vision is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Airflow MLflow or Kubeflow.
- Knowledge of feature stores and model monitoring tools.
- Relevant cloud or data science certifications.
