Data Product Lead SPM Level

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Product Manager with 7-10 years of experience to lead the data product organization Capital Markets Data Strategy & Execution. The manager will define data-specific epics and target operating models and drive delivery through Agile Scrum ceremonies with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Data Gaps across products and based on that create data specific Epics aligning with multiple business and technology stakeholders
• Map vision of system lineage data flows and control points to ensure data integrity security and compliance
• Collaborate with Data Analysts Data Engineer teams and define data formats and integration processes to support standardized reporting
• Design target operating models and implement robust data governance practices
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to prioritize tasks track progress and align with project goals.
• 3-4 years of hands on experience in operations in Capital Market in Lending Transaction Banking Private and Commercial Banking.

Required Skills

• Prior experience of working as Data Product Manager with 7-10 years’ experience as Product Manager
• Ability to visualize the data standardization objective and outcome based on current data state.
• Good Communication Skill
• Prior experience of working with Senior stake holders and creating Epics
