Role Purpose

Lead finance transformation initiatives within Project Quantum ensuring finance processes governance frameworks operating models and capabilities are aligned with enterprise transformation objectives and organizational redesign efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive finance transformation programs supporting enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.
• Lead redesign of finance operating models governance structures and organizational frameworks.
• Improve finance processes controls reporting mechanisms and decision-support capabilities.
• Evaluate impacts of organizational changes on finance functions and recommend mitigation plans.
• Partner with Finance Leadership FP&A Controllership Shared Services and Business stakeholders.
• Establish transformation governance milestone tracking risk management and issue resolution frameworks.
• Drive process standardization automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support change adoption capability building and transformation readiness across finance teams.
• Ensure successful implementation with minimal business disruption.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience in Finance Transformation FP&A Transformation Finance Operations Controllership or Shared Services Transformation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) FP&A Budgeting Forecasting and Financial Controls.
• Experience with Finance Operating Model Design and Organizational Transformation.
• Proven experience managing complex transformation programs and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience working with senior finance executives and cross-functional teams.
