Job Responsibilities

Enter customer orders invoices and product details accurately into the system.

Process and track B2B orders from dispatch to delivery.

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Maintain Excel reports and update daily operational records.

Provide backend support for marketplace operations and order management.

Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports as required.

Follow company SOPs and complete assigned tasks within timelines.

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Skills: Basic MS Excel Knowledge

Good Communication Skills
