Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Snowflake Developer with strong Power BI expertise to join our growing data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data warehousing dimensional modeling Snowflake development SQL optimization and Power BI dashboard development.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable data models developing ELT/ETL pipelines building insightful business intelligence solutions and ensuring data quality and governance across enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Data Modeling

• Design develop and optimize dimensional data models including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.

• Build and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines on Snowflake.

• Develop solutions for batch and near real-time data processing.

• Implement best practices for data architecture modeling and performance optimization.

Snowflake Development

• Develop and manage Snowflake data warehouse solutions.

• Optimize Snowflake performance storage and query execution.

• Implement data transformation and integration processes.

• Support data migration and modernization initiatives.

Power BI Development

• Design and develop interactive dashboards reports and visualizations using Power BI.

• Create semantic models and data relationships.

• Develop complex DAX calculations and measures.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

SQL & Analytics

• Write optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.

• Develop efficient data transformation logic.

• Support reporting and analytical requirements across business functions.

Data Quality & Governance

• Implement data validation monitoring and quality controls.

• Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability.

• Document business rules data lineage and transformation logic.

• Support governance and compliance initiatives.

DevOps & Production Support

• Manage source code using Git.

• Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.

• Support production systems incident resolution and performance tuning.

• Ensure SLA compliance and operational stability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Gather and analyze business requirements.

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with data engineers analysts architects and business users.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
