Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed $1 million in annual cybersecurity services revenue targeting mid-market and enterprise clients in BFSI and Hi-Tech sectors.
Client Engagement: Leverage an established network of CIOs and CISOs to build long-term relationships and uncover high-value opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation qualification and conversion.
Solution Selling: Articulate companys value proposition focusing on SOC/MDR Security Engineering and Cloud Security solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Manage the end-to-end sales process including proposal development contract negotiation and closing deals.
Market Insights: Continuously research and provide insights on industry trends competitive threats and customer needs to enhance the value of companys offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in IT services or cybersecurity.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
Existing relationships with CIOs CISOs or decision-makers in BFSI technology or similar sectors.
Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated results-oriented and capable of working independently.
