  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Weekly Off

  • We are looking for a skilled Customer Support IT Hardware Engineer to join our field team in Pune/Bangalore/ this role you will visit our corporate client companies to deliver setup maintain and fix our rental and sales IT assets. Your goal is to provide excellent customer support and ensure our clients experience zero downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Technical Support: Visit corporate client offices daily across Pune to resolve hardware and network complaints quickly.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Find and fix faults in laptops desktops workstations servers and Apple Mac systems
  • Deployment & Setup: Assemble install and configure rental IT assets at client sites based on their specific needs.
  • Upgrades & Maintenance: Replace faulty parts like RAM hard drives and motherboards and perform routine health checks on systems.
  • Client Relationship: Maintain a polite and helpful attitude with corporate IT teams while resolving their technical issues.
  • Asset Tracking: Keep clear and accurate records of delivered repaired or returned rental hardware.
  • Asset inspection : Check the Assets properly on return from clients place and prepare for next Order.
  • Asset Repair- Check and repair the Assets which are defective and damage in house .

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in IT hardware and customer support.
  • Vehicle Ownership: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and have a valid driving license for daily client site visits.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with Windows desktops/laptops servers and Apple Mac machines.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose hardware failures and replace parts on-site.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact professionally with corporate clients.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Computer Science IT Electronics or a related field. Minimum Education qualification is Graduate in any stream .

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Candidates with these extra skills will have a higher chance of selection and a better salary package:

  • Networking: Good understanding of active and passive networking.
  • Security Devices: Basic knowledge of firewall router and switch installation and maintenance.
  • Basic Knowledge of CCTV and other security devices.
