Customer Success Trainee

iSmartRecruit is a SaaS tech company offering an ATS CRM platform for recruitment agencies and corporates across the global market. We are on a mission to transform the hiring process worldwide.

With 10000 happy recruiters across 60 countries we are growing our team and looking for enthusiastic freshers to start their career in Customer Success.

We are looking for energetic and responsible freshers to join our 5-Month Customer Success Training Program.

During the training you will learn our product recruitment processes customer communication and SaaS Customer Success practices while working closely with our team.

Training Duration: 5 Months
Stipend: 4000/month from the 2nd month
After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a Customer Success Executive with 240000/year incentives based on performance during the training period.

• Learn and develop a strong understanding of the iSmartRecruit platform.

• Assist with customer onboarding and product training.

• Communicate with customers through calls and emails.

• Understand customer requirements and assist with their queries.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

• Follow up with customers and maintain customer records.

• Collect customer feedback and share it with the team.

• Continuously improve product knowledge and customer-handling skills.

• Freshers interested in Customer Success SaaS and technology.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.

• Ability to work in a team and take ownership of responsibilities.

• Prior experience or exposure to recruitment agencies will be a big plus.

Qualification: Any graduate / postgraduate degree. Candidates from Business Management Marketing Commerce HR or related fields are preferred.
