Position: Customer Sales Executive (CSE)

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and acquire customers for commercial vehicle loans.
  • Generate leads through dealers DSAs market visits and referrals.
  • Build relationships with transporters fleet owners and vehicle dealers.
  • Explain loan products EMI structure and financing options to customers.
  • Coordinate documentation KYC verification and loan processing.
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  • Conduct field visits for customer profiling and business verification.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with customers for conversion and relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and credit norms.
Required Skills
  • Experience in Commercial Vehicle.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle finance products and market.
  • Ability to work in field sales and target-driven environment.
  • Dealer and market network preferred.
Eligibility
  • Graduation in any discipline preferred.
  • Experience in NBFCs Banks or Vehicle Finance companies preferred.
  • Candidate should be comfortable with field work and travel.
