Job Summary

Lead Sourcing:
- Assist the Sales Manager (SM) in sourcing potential customers for LAP through various channels including Digital Direct and Connectors.
- Engage with online leads effectively and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving monthly targets for sourcing LAP new customers.
- Strive to meet personal and team goals to earn performance-based incentives.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to potential customers helping them make informed decisions.
Experience in Sourcing:
- Utilize previous experience (1 years minimum) in sourcing LAP and HL products to develop efficient and effective strategies for customer acquisition.
- Leverage past knowledge to anticipate customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
