Roles & Responsibilities:

Telecalling outbound voice process.

Magazine (online & print) subscription doing for both fresh and renewal.

Delegate invite for the conference and conclave attending via registration.

H20 bazaar lead generation and package selling.

Calling and reporting shall be done through Zoho applications.

Interest to learn new things and initiatives.

Subscribed customer deliverables on time.

Tracking of magazine despatched to the subscribed customer.

Regular interactions with subscribers ensuring deliverables.
