Job Summary
刨erve as the front-end contact for all customer enquiries related to engineering and quality topics. 低oordinate closely with customers in the North region to understand requirements issues and expectations. 判articipate in technical discussions with customers and internal teams to support project execution and issue resolution. 刨upport part handling analysis (PHA) including failure analysis and root cause identification. 劬ork with cross-functional teams (Engineering Quality Manufacturing Sales) to ensure timely and effective solutions. 伶rive customer satisfaction by ensuring quick response transparency and follow-up on open topics. 刨upport new project discussions product introductions and change management from a customer interface perspective. 余nsure proper documentation and tracking of customer issues and actions.
