Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries with professionalism and empathy.

2. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly ensuring 100% satisfaction.

3. Guide customers on product usage troubleshooting and service requests.

4. Calling our existing customers and taking feedback on our products and services.

5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the system.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support and service efficiency.

8. Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience with every interaction.

9. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.

10. Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and resolution rates.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care/Hospitality.

2. Immediate joiners preferred (or serving notice period).

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi and Telugu (preferred).

4. Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.

5. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.

6. A positive customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.

7. Strong listening and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

8. A commitment to ensuring customer delight and brand loyalty.
