Role Summary
We are hiring energetic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Customer Care Associate (CCA). The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions coordinating with sales and dealer teams and ensuring a smooth customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information
- Coordinate with dealers and sales teams for smooth operations
- Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
- Support customer engagement and relationship management
- Resolve customer concerns within timelines
- Prepare daily activity and service reports
- Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and business goals

Preferred Skills

Education
- Minimum 50% in SSLC PUC & Graduation/Post-Graduation
