Custom Software Engineer- PHP (Programming Language)

As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves leading the design development and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with the team to drive the project forward while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to optimize performance and user experience.- Document development processes architecture and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PHP (Programming Language).- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.- Experience with database management and writing efficient queries.- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript.- Ability to troubleshoot debug and optimize code for performance and scalability.- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PHP (Programming Language).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
