CSR Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Strategy & Governance

• Develop and implement a multi-year CSR strategy aligned with GE HealthCares purpose and South Asia priorities

• Establish robust governance frameworks for CSR including Board/CSR Committee engagement

• Ensure full compliance with Indian Companies Act CSR provisions and applicable regulations

• Design processes for project selection approval monitoring and reporting

2. Program Design & Execution

• Identify and drive high-impact CSR initiatives in focus areas such as healthcare access education community development and sustainability

• Build and manage partnerships with NGOs implementation partners and government bodies

• Ensure programs deliver measurable sustainable outcomes not just spend-based compliance

3. Impact Measurement & Reporting

• Define KPIs and impact metrics for CSR interventions

• Establish systems to track outcomes beneficiary impact and long-term sustainability

• Lead preparation of:

  • CSR reports for Board and ESG disclosures

  • Annual statutory CSR reporting

• Ensure alignment with global ESG and sustainability frameworks

4. CSR Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop a responsible communication strategy focused on impact transparency and credibility (not promotional messaging)

• Support internal and external communication of CSR initiatives via:

  • Website / CSR reports

  • Employee engagement platforms

• Build strong relationships with:

  • Regulators

  • Communities

  • NGOs and partners

5. Organizational Capability Building

• Set up and lead a dedicated CSR organization/operating model to enhance efficiency and oversight

• Drive employee volunteering programs and engagement initiatives

• Embed CSR into the broader enterprise risk management and governance framework

6. Financial Oversight

• Manage CSR budgets in line with statutory requirements

• Ensure appropriate utilization and treatment of unspent CSR funds

• Maintain strong internal controls audit readiness and transparency

Qualifications & Experience

• 1218 years of experience in CSR sustainability development sector or corporate affairs

• Strong understanding of Indian CSR regulations and compliance requirements

• Experience in designing and scaling social impact programs

• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement with NGOs regulators and communities

• Experience in healthcare / medical devices / ESG domains preferred
