Job Title: CRM Executive ( Role Summary We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer communication across digital channels such as Push Notifications WhatsApp Email SMS and In-App messages. The role focuses on improving customer engagement retention and conversions through timely and relevant communication. Key Responsibilities Execute customer communication campaigns across multiple channels Manage day-to-day CRM activities including scheduling and publishing campaigns Work with user data to target the right customers at the right time Coordinate with internal teams for content creatives and approvals Track campaign performance and share regular reports Ensure accuracy of messages links and targeting before campaign launches Follow internal processes and campaign calendars Candidate Requirements Mandatory 15 years of experience in CRM retention marketing or lifecycle marketing Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools Basic understanding of customer journeys and user segmentation Good written communication skills Comfortable working with numbers reports and dashboards Preferred Experience in app-based consumer internet D2C or subscription businesses Familiarity with push notifications WhatsApp email or SMS campaigns Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
