Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and update customer data.
  2. Track follow up and respond to customer inquiries via email phone or chat.
  3. Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments.
  5. Generate reports on customer behaviour sales performance and campaign results.
  6. Support CRM campaigns including emails SMS and loyalty programs.
  7. Ensure data accuracy and timely communication with clients.
  8. Be responsible for generating sales through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.


Required Skills:

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Analytical mindset with attention to customer needs.
  4. Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
