Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Making quotations and sharing the same on mail to customers.
- Entering the orders received in Jewellery Software.
- Good understanding of costing and pricing in Jewellery.
- Coordinate with the production team for orders.
- Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
- Customer coordination.
- Good understanding of shipment building and shipment release.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 5 Years of experience in jewellery industry
- Good Experience of EMR is must
- Experience in Export Market
- Good communication skills - English and Hindi
- Good Grip in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery CAD Designing. Strong proficiency in Matrix Gold Edition. Experience in designing Diamond Jewellery. Good understanding of the Domestic Jewellery Market. Ability to create accurate 3D CAD models for jewellery manufacturing. Strong knowledge of jewellery design concepts proportions and technical specifications. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects. Knowledge of jewellery production processes will be an added advantage.
