Position: Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Experience: 4 Years

Job Description:

• 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM primarily in the Customer Service module.

• Strong experience in requirement gathering gap analysis functional design and end-to-end CRM implementation.

• Hands-on experience with case management queues routing rules SLA entitlements knowledge management and Business Process Flows.

• Experience configuring forms views dashboards business rules and CRM workflows.

• Good understanding of Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse JavaScript and plugin-based customizations.

• Experience in functional/integration testing UAT planning stakeholder communication and user training.

• Ability to prepare FDDs user stories test scenarios and functional documentation.

• Experience supporting production deployments release management and post-go-live activities.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and excellent client-facing communication skills.

• Banking/Financial Services domain experience will be an added advantage.
