We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to drive customer satisfaction and long-term relationships through expert engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and relationship building with the ability to manage interactions and processes efficiently within a CRM framework.

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a CRM-related role.
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Experience in designing and implementing customer-focused strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms preferably Salesforce HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Management or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.

• Manage and maintain customer databases to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Develop and execute customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to build long-term relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with sales marketing and support teams to align customer interaction strategies.
• Generate and analyze reports on customer trends performance metrics and business outcomes.
• Implement customer service procedures that align with company policies and best practices.
