Operations & Transactional

• Review and approve unsecured loan applications in line with credit policy and delegated authority.
• Analyze customer creditworthiness using income documents bureau reports bank statements and alternative data sources.
• Evaluate risk parameters such as repayment capacity indebtedness credit history and fraud indicators.
• Recommend approvals declines or policy exceptions with adequate justification

Process Improvement

• Develop and implement credit policies underwriting guidelines and risk controls.
• Review existing processes and recommend enhancements to improve decision quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements internal policies and audit standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance delinquency trends and vintage analysis.
• Track key metrics including approval rates rejection rates delinquencies loss rates and portfolio profitability
