Preferred: Construction Finance experience

We are looking for a Credit Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in credit analysis/lending. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial statements assessing creditworthiness and risks preparing credit reports and projections and monitoring borrower accounts.

Candidates with Construction Finance experience will be preferred.

• Analyse financial statements balance sheets P&L and cash-flow statements.
• Conduct detailed credit assessment and risk evaluation of borrowers.
• Assess repayment capacity financial strength and overall creditworthiness.
• Prepare credit appraisal reports credit notes and financial projections.
• Analyse business performance financial ratios and key credit parameters.
• Monitor existing accounts and identify potential early-warning signals and credit risks.
• Coordinate and liaise with banks financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Support the team in credit documentation and loan-related processes.
• Conduct industry and borrower-level analysis to support lending decisions.
• Prepare regular MIS and reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and lending guidelines.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Credit Analysis Credit Underwriting Lending or Financial Services.
• Construction Finance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and credit assessment.
• Good analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear and structured credit reports.
• Candidates from NBFCs Banks Financial Institutions or Credit Advisory firms would be preferred.

• CA / MBA Finance / PGDM Finance / CFA / relevant finance qualification preferred.
