Responsibilities:
- Risk Monitoring and Framework:Need to have detailed understanding and experience of lending business (MSME lending will be preferred one) and should have worked on handling sizeable portfolio with creation of necessary risk framework with respect to monitoring and having practical experience of ascertaining PD LGD EAD and EL along with forecasting of the risk.
- Automation Reports:Develop andmaintainautomated reports including payment confirmation portfolio andcollectionreports to streamline reporting processes.
- Risk Reporting:Conduct regular risk-related data analysis and ensuretimelyreporting to meet compliancerequirementsDPD Analysis (Delinquency) Roll rates NPA Analysis.
- ML / Data Science Backed Model:Have experience in creating surrogate-based scorecard model and predictive modellingfrom scratchalong with riskcategorisationof the customers based on ML model usingapproachlike logistic regression random forest XG Boost etc.
- Ad-Hoc Data Requests:Respond to data requests from various teams including Product Business Operations and Finance ensuringaccurateand actionable insights.
- Report Maintenance:Ensure all reports are up-to-dateaccurate and validated regularly tomaintaindata integrity.
- Cross-DepartmentalCollaboration:Work closely with other teams to deliver actionable data insights that support business decisions.
- Data Management:Handleadditionaldata tasks such as working with bureau data preparing dashboardsmonitoringmanual data for co-lending partners and validating data across Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:ProficiencyinSQLRPythonandAWS toolslikeAthenaandRedshift(If knowspreferable) forquerying data analysis and managing large model using approach like logistic regression random forest XG Boostetc
- Experience with automation tools and reporting frameworks.
- Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiencyin report development and maintenance with experience in portfolio risk andcollectionreports.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests.
- Familiarity with LMS LOS systems and bureau datamanagementAML.
- Understanding ofdata privacy regulations and compliance standards.
Experience: 5 years of experience in the BFSI industry
