Job Summary
Responsibilities
• Define and lead the vision roadmap and delivery standards for FedTec's SaaS and
AI-native innovation center spanning AI transformation service management and
cybersecurity offerings.
• Design build and maintain reusable enablers accelerators and reference
architectures that reduce cost and time-to-value on federal client engagements.
• Recruit mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers architects and
consultants building a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Partner with business development and capture teams to shape technical solutions
proposals and win strategies for federal opportunities.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with cloud SaaS and AI technology vendors to bring
emerging capabilities into FedTec's federal offerings.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to the firm’s technology leaders translating
mission needs into scalable secure AI-enabled solutions.
Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)
• 10 years experience in technology consulting solution architecture or IT
capability/practice leadership.
• 4 years experience building and leading multidisciplinary engineering or consulting
teams.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering SaaS-based or AI-native
solutions for enterprise or government clients.
• Experience with hyperscaler cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and
modern DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with agentic AI large language models and AI/ML platform engineering.
• Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g. NIST
RMF FedRAMP Zero Trust).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a
related field from a premier STEM institution.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to have)
• Master's degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related technical
field from a premier STEM institution.
• Industry certifications such as AWS or Azure Solutions Architect ITIL or CISSP.
• Track record of standing up new practice areas or capability centers from the
ground up
