Control Senior Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES / WHAT WE EXPECT:
Responsible for the assigned MDL scope relevant to the control engineering in a SPS project
Works and supports project engineering new product/technology development product
improvement and product standardization and product qualification projects depending upon
the assigned group.
Supports and manage project schedule and deliverables.
Provides Management with technical assistance and work progress updates as requested.
Mentors and provides technical guidance to Engineers. Works collaboratively to accomplish
project tasks.
Works to the requirements of industry code related to subsea production systems Onesubsea
standards and client specifications.
Adheres to all relevant work instructions and design guidelines clearly demonstrates creativity
and innovation in finding solutions and alternatives.
Develops unique solutions for complex technical problems that may include the design of new
products/systems or the development of solutions having few or no precedents.
Supports engineering work packages on a project basis. Ensures that project requirements are
captured in engineering deliverables.
Ensures that assignments meet standards and performance requirements within area of
expertise.
Provides technical support to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Extended Factory Acceptance Test
(EFAT) and System Integration Test (SIT) activities.
Raise clarify and evaluate internal and external interfaces related to assigned design
engineering scope.
Contribute and lead to the controls software design review for assigned scope.
Ensure timely completion of assigned task/activity as per Master Document List (MDL) or similar
tracking sheet & notify lead engineer about progress. Adherence to project KPI.
Guide the reporting engineers with respect to the work they are performing and ensure
correctness of output.
Identify and participate in improvement projects to the controls software engineering.
Report Lessons Learnt after completion of assigned scope.
