The Contract Desk Coordinator will coordinate and plan import and export processes customs documentation shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct this role you will issue import licenses and complete monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner.
Trades/Futures Reconciliation:
- Create and Amend the contract based on Trader/Commercial/Merchant request.
- Find out if any discrepancy/ies between trade recaps and trade supporting &Coordinate with commercial to correct any discrepancies.
- Manage Futures/option entries in the system and manage position of the trade and reconcile the EOD position to match with lynx/Neovest/Duco
- Process Tender and advise split quantity that need to apply and invoice in each contract.
- EOM Position roll over to next month
System Entries & Drafting Long Form Contracts:
- Enter contracts pricings futures rollovers and amendments in ERP
- Verify entries in ERP where necessary
- Draft contracts and amendments
- Upload for commercial to Esign
Counterparties Management & Archiving:
- Send contracts to counterparties and follow up for countersignature. Follow Escallation Matrix incase of non receipt.
- Collaborate with the stake holder Trade Execution Accounting Report to Record Lay time Legal Commercial and Trading Desk.
- On daily basis update: Dashboard and MIS Sheet.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Archive necessary supporting in share folder / open text.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience
