Continuous Improvement Senior Manager

• Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
• Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
• Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC Product and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements leading implementations within GSC.
• Identify automation opportunities across processes.
