Continuous Improvement Excellence Senior Manager
Job Summary
Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
Drive process quality governance and maturity tracking.
Support cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.
Partner with Product Platform and Tech teams for process enhancements.
Identify automation opportunities across processes.
Build capability development and improvement culture.
Lead risk mitigation through audit and compliance frameworks.
Drive productivity efficiency and customer experience improvements.
Accountability
Drive Continuous Improvement capability building initiatives across teams.
Design and conduct trainings/workshops on Scrum Agile Lean and CI methodologies.
Build structured learning roadmaps for process excellence and transformation skills.
Coach teams and leaders on problem-solving Kaizen and Agile ways of working.
Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
Promote a culture of continuous learning innovation and operational excellence.
