Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the insights function by driving a prioritized roadmap of qualitative and quantitative research programs for marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Own end-to-end research execution from scoping with business leaders (local& international) to collaborating with agencies on research design datacollection and analysis.
- Deliver marketing performance reporting including brand health campaign KPIs and programeffectiveness. Provide insights for weekly monthly andquarterly business reviews to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive strategic thinking in brand equity consumer segmentation andopportunity sizing leveraging first-principle approaches and innovative research methodologies.
- Lead adoption of agile research techniques enabling quick dipsticks and early feedback loops to inform marketing and product strategies.
- Manage internal consumer insights programs to measure the impact of brandcontent service and new product initiatives on key metrics like salience andconsideration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external research agencies to ensure high-quality and cost-efficient execution of the research roadmap.
- Identify and analyze emerging category and market trends translating them into actionable insights for business forecasting.
- Synthesize external data sources (e.g. Nielsen Kantar) with internal sales data to uncover opportunities and present insights in commercial reviews.
- Work closely with the sales & marketing team to translate insights intoactionable strategies that drive business growth.
- Distinguish between when primary research is essential versus when secondaryresearch can suffice ensuring a strategic approach to insights gathering.
Key Skills & Qualifications
5 years of market research experience preferably in a consumer-driven industry.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
Proficiency in tools like Excel (macros pivot tables charts) and exposure in making dashboards.
