JobPurpose

Analyzing processes detecting inefficiencies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Equipped with a thorough foundation in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies this role plays a vital part in implementing data-driven solutions.

The analytical skills are key to complex data pinpoint patterns and root causes to support strategic decision-making.

Work closely with the team functional areas stakeholders and the Transformation Office to initiate cost-saving projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Consultant

Process Analysis:

  • Analyse existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Use Lean and Six Sigma tools to gather and analyse data identifying root causes of issues and inefficiencies.

Project Management:

  • Lead/Collaborate with project teams to support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in data collection analysis and solution implementation.

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Collect and organize relevant data for analysis.
  • Use statistical tools to analyse data identify patterns and draw conclusions to support decision-making.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and process mapping activities to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute actively to the development and implementation of process enhancements.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams sharing insights and findings to drive collaborative problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on improvement goals and progress.

Desired Profile

Qualification

  • Graduate and above with a minimum experience of 6 years

Skills & Knowledge

  • Ability to analyze data and identify patterns trends and root causes of problems.
  • Understanding of structured problem-solving methods and tools used in Lean Six Sigma projects.
  • Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams fostering a cooperative working environment.
  • Precision in data collection analysis process mapping and process documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Microsoft Excel (Basic)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (Basic)

Special Circumstances

The post holder will be expected to work hours aligned with the Transformation Office teams schedule i.e. UK time.
